Khadoom – Service Marketplace Platform

Project Overview: Founded, designed, and developed “Khadoom” a comprehensive WordPress-based service marketplace. The platform connects skilled service providers with clients, streamlining the discovery, offering, and management of services efficiently.

Key Features & Technical Implementations:

• Custom Theme Development & Coding: Enhanced and customized the core WordPress template using programming languages to meet specific UI/UX and functional requirements, moving beyond out-of-the-box limitations.

• Advanced WooCommerce Integration: Successfully resolved complex integration challenges, seamlessly connecting WooCommerce to drive the platform’s core marketplace transactions and tiered visibility packages.

• API Integrations: Integrated robust third-party APIs, including a Maps API for accurate location-based services and advanced anti-bot verification systems (CAPTCHA) to ensure platform security and data integrity.

• Secure Payment Gateways: Configured and managed secure payment platforms to facilitate reliable and safe financial transactions.

• Bot-Integrated Communication: Implemented an interactive bot system to ensure fast and organized communication between clients and freelancers.

• Managed end-to-end sales operations, including developing pricing strategies, revenue models, and overseeing daily business transactions.

• Designed the user interface and user experience (UI/UX) to ensure a smooth journey for all users.

• Administered the entire website infrastructure and led all technical and business operations from conceptualization to deployment.
